Wrighstville Beach had an unfortunate combination of events. A near full moon and high tide combined with tropical swells from Hurricane Earl way out in the Atlantic. The result was the south end had some over wash into the dune line. This made for some dramatic images from the drone. It’s always a treat to witness to nature doing her thing. I’ll have some prints available in the coming weeks.
